Bundle Shipping

The system automatically detects orders shipping to the same address by normalizing and matching recipient name, street address, city, state, and zip code. It catches common variations like "St" vs "Street" and "Apt" vs "#" to avoid false negatives. Orders from different channels (Shopify, Amazon, manual) going to the same customer are all detected.

Review detected bundle opportunities and confirm which orders to combine. The bundle group view shows all matched orders side by side with their items, weights, and dimensions. You choose which orders to include — perhaps you want to bundle two Shopify orders but ship the Amazon order separately due to different delivery expectations. One click creates the bundle.

Pack all bundled items into a single box (or as few boxes as possible). The packing screen shows the combined item list from all orders in the bundle. One shipping label covers the entire shipment instead of paying for separate labels per order. The weight and dimensions reflect the actual combined package for accurate rate shopping.

Even though items ship in one box, each original order is fulfilled independently on its source channel. The Shopify order gets marked fulfilled with tracking on Shopify. The Amazon order gets its own fulfillment notification on Amazon. Each channel receives the same tracking number but through its own API. Customers see a normal fulfillment experience regardless of bundling.

The savings dashboard shows how much you have saved by bundling: number of bundles created, shipments eliminated, and total dollar savings.
